What can’t I put in the dumpster?

We do not accept any type of hazardous waste, such as asbestos, lead, any type of flammable materials or liquids, batteries, sludges, or any type of nuclear waste.

Can you deliver on a weekend or at night?

Absolutely! We operate 24/7.

How long can I keep it?

Our dumpsters include 7 days in our base price! If you need to keep it longer we charge $20 per day.

How big are they?

Our 12 and 20 cubic yard dumpsters are 16' long, 8' wide', and 3' - 4' tall.

Our 40 cubic yard dumpsters are 22' long 8' wide and 7' tall.

Our 60-yard dumpster (first and only in the southwest) is 28' long 8' and 7.5' tall.

What can fit in them?

Our 12 and 20 yard dumpsters are great for bathroom remodels, garage clean-outs, and general clean-up work.

Our 40-yard dumpster is perfect for those big jobs that produce a lot of waste, such as new roofs, home remodels, storm damage, whole-home clean-ups, etc.

Our 60 yard dumpsters are great for the biggest jobs that exist. We are able to haul 33% more per load than anybody else, thus saving you 33% of the money you will spend on dumpsters! We love to pass our savings on to the customer!

What can I put in it?

You can put things like wood, landscape debris, furniture, trees, bushes, appliances, whole houses, blocks, tile, shingles, that annoying neighbor. (Just kidding, we do not accept any type of living thing).

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not necessarily, we always do love to see our awesome customers' smiling faces, but if you can't be there we can always handle the delivery or pick up. If you won't be there, please provide detailed instructions on where you would like us to leave the dumpster.

What size dumpster do I need?

Dumpsters tend to fill up quicker than people think. If you are not sure which size to get, we always recommend getting the next size up. If you need more help selecting the right size please call us and we can help you pick out the size that best suits your needs!

Where will you leave the dumpster on my property?

We try to place it close to where the debris will be coming from. That way it's not a far walk when you're trying to load it! If it can't be placed as close as preferred, we will do our best to put it in a place that will still be convenient for loading purposes. If you have a specific spot in mind, just let us know (especially if you cannot be there during delivery).

Are the dumpsters clean?

All of our dumpsters arrive clean and graffiti-free.

What if I fill it up the dumpster quicker than expected and need to get another one?

Simply place a new order through our website or call us directly!

What if I fill it up faster than scheduled and need it picked up?

Call us and we will get you taken care of!

What if it damages my driveway?

Oftentimes, if a customer is worried about damage to their driveway, we recommend placing wood underneath the wheels. This usually prevents any damage from occurring. However, in rare cases where the damage does occur, we are not responsible as our customer agreement explains.

What if it gets graffiti while it's at my house?

If your dumpster is graffitied while at your location, there are no additional charges. All of our drivers keep spray paint on the trucks to touch up graffiti when it does happen!

How full can I fill it?

All of our dumpsters can be filled to the top of the unit. However, we please ask to never fill over the top as it becomes unsafe for others on the road when we transport it.

How much weight can I put in it?

All of our roll-off dumpsters include an allotted weight built into the price. The type of material that goes in the dumpster will determine how heavy it is at final pick up. Items such as stone, tile, brick, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or block will typically cause the dumpster to go over the allotted weight. Our trucks are legally allowed to transport 10 tons of material. Please keep in mind that the tonnage cap that comes with your dumpster rental is NOT the same as the dumpster's maximum capacity. Going over the tonnage cap will increase the cost of the rental.

Are there 1 or 2 doors on the dumpsters?

99% have one door. We do have a few in our fleet with 2 doors (barn-style doors).

Which end of the dumpster is the door on?

All roll-off dumpsters (including other roll-off companies) have the door at the back end of the roll-off dumpster. This is the end that is opposite to the cab of the truck and is the end that comes off the truck first when unloading.

Can you turn the dumpster so the door faces the other way?

No, we cannot. Sorry! Dropping off a roll-off dumpster so it sits "the other way around" requires lots of extra space to maneuver the truck. If a house, building, or other obstructions are restricting space to maneuver the truck, there is almost always 1 way in and out when we drop your dumpster off.

How much space does the door need to open?

We ask that you provide an 8-foot radius off of the door hinges for the gate to open safely!

Does my HOA let me have a dumpster?

Some HOAs do have restrictions on roll-off dumpsters, regardless of if the dumpster is placed in the street or your driveway. Please contact your HOA for clarification and rules on this.

Does the city I'm in let me have a dumpster?

Some cities do have restrictions on roll-off dumpsters, regardless of if the dumpster is placed in the street or your driveway. Please contact the city for clarification and guidance on this.

Does your dumpster have dents and different color paint, or are they uniform and pleasant looking?

All of our roll-off dumpsters are painted our favorite color, Gator Green! They may have small dents or scratches but nothing that stands out.

Do I need a permit to have a dumpster?

Please contact the HOA, City, or County in which the roll-off dumpster is being delivered.

Does my spot for the dumpster need to be flat?

Yes! We can not place a roll-off dumpster on an incline.

What if my property is on a hill?

We can try and assist you in locating a spot where it will be safe.

What if the debris in my dumpster catches fire?

Call 911 first! Then call us at 480-717-0050.

Are the drivers professional?

All of our drivers have a minimum of 5 years of roll-off dumpster delivery driving experience.

What do you mean your prices are completely transparent?

Some companies like to quote you prices that don't include all the other hidden fees and taxes...until the bill shows up! We never charge hidden fuel or environmental fees or taxes on our roll-off dumpster rentals. What you see is what you pay!

Where does our trash go once you pick it up?

All of our debris is disposed of responsibly only at EPA approved and ADEQ approved sites. If there are items in the roll-off dumpsters that can be recycled, we take these out and send them to recycling centers!

What if there is a gate that is locked?

We open and close locked gates every day. If you provide the code, we have no problem locking the site up on our way out!

What if the driver can't service our dumpster and needs to return?

If we are unable to service your roll-off dumpster rental because it's either blocked, overloaded, or overweight we charge a $150 trip charge.

Are there any ways to save money on my dumpster rental?

Yes! We love saving our customers money! Order online and receive a $25 discount.

How much vertical space is required for the dumpster to be delivered?

Our trucks need 22' feet of clearance to safely operate. This does include trees and shrubs.

Can you put the dumpster inside a garage?

No.

Can you put the dumpster close to the roof so my roofers can throw the roofing into it off the edge of the roof?

Yes! We want to make your project as easy as possible!
